The SDK includes a snapshot of the Hermes Agent gateway contract from Nous Research, pinned at commit 5470f260cac7bafc7b98676dfba1c12fcddc3234. The upstream MIT copyright and permission notice is included in src/edith_hermes/licenses/LICENSE.hermes-agent.txt.

The source distribution also includes contracts/vendor/nous/inference.openapi.json, an API schema snapshot retrieved from the Nous Research inference API on 2026-09-21. It contains copied descriptive text as well as API definitions. Its redistribution terms have not been independently established. The SDK's generated client bindings are separately authored output based on API definitions; this notice does not assert that API facts themselves are copyrighted or determine the rights in generated code.
